ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING TIMELINE 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-8 days using ground shipping (shipping times could vary for orders outside of the United States pending customs clearance.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard ground shipping charges covered for any orders where the cart final total is equal or greater than $100 (expedited shipping not offered with this deal).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

All shipping outside of the United States is fully trackable through track.firstmile.com

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For International Shipping please allow 1-4 weeks for transit time. If it has been over 4 weeks since you placed your order and you still have not received it please contact us at contact@tobyandlinus.com. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Toby & Linus LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@tobyandlinus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
